What is corporate housing?

Corporate housing is a type of temporary housing that is typically used by business travelers, relocating employees, and others who need a place to stay for a short period of time. Unlike traditional hotels, corporate housing offers fully furnished apartments or houses that are equipped with all the amenities of home, including a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and more. This type of housing is often more cost-effective than staying in a hotel for an extended period

of time, and it provides a more comfortable and convenient living experience.

What’s included in the monthly fee?

The rental fee covers the fully equipped and furnished unit, parking (varies), utilities, and wifi. 

What’s the payment rate structure?

Our rates are broken down on a daily rate basis so that guest understands that the rate is lower than your typical hotel rate. However, since we only book 30 days minimum the monthly total is the larger number above the daily rate. After 30 days of stay if your time to continue is less than 30 days then the remainder is based on the daily rate that was locked in at the time of booking. 

Besides the monthly rent rate, are there other additional fees? 

Yes. In addition to the monthly price, the following fees are required:

  • Application Fee - $55

  • Security Deposit (Refundable) - $300

  • Cleaning Fee - $100

Is there a minimum or maximum stay required?

The minimum stay is 30 days and maximum is 365 nights before re-negotiating contract.

What is our Cancellation Policy?

Advanced Booking - Applies to bookings made 30 days or more from check-in

Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

 

Standard Booking - Applies to bookings made 30 days or less from check-in

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

 

Cancellations Post Check-In

We require a 30-day minimum stay. Thus, cancellations prior to completing the 30-day requirement will not be refunded. 50% per day refund for cancellations that occur after completing 30-day requirement.*

 

*Exceptions apply to long term stays (3+ months).

The security deposit is required for incidentals or damages during your stay and is exempt from the cancellation policy.

Are pets allowed in our properties?

Some of our properties are pet friendly. However, policies across our properties vary and may change often so we ask that you consult with us to confirm which property is pet friendly. Pet friendly properties must abide by our pet policy.
